Oliver Burn are looking for a Senior Lettings Negotiator for their busy lettings department in Clapham North. We are looking for a bright and articulate candidate, with excellent presentation and telephone manner and of course a team player.
We require the Successful Candidate to have previous experience within the lettings sector with a proven track record and ARLA qualifications are preferred, although not essential. You will be required to carry out Valuations so knowledge of the local area is desirable.
An excellent package including car and car allowance will be offered to the Successful Candidate.
